It was agreed that we should continue using the same format for the Mill Monitor that was used to advertise the January 2009 WMCA General Meeting which included the date for the next WMCA General Meeting; the bio on the guest speaker; menu; date, time, and location for the next Board of Directors Planning meeting, etc.

Allan Carlson reviewed his previously submitted e-mail progress report on the website for the WMCA.  After considerable discussion on this topic, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the acquisition of the following Godaddy web materials and thanked Allan for his outstanding work:
