I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was approved as submitted with one addition regarding songs for the Holiday Party.

There was no public comment presented to the WMCA Board of Directors
III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting (September 9, 2009) and the Minutes for the WMCA General Meeting held on September 16, 2009
The minutes for the Board of Directors Planning meeting on September 9, 2009 were approved with no corrections. The minutes for the WMCA General Meeting on September 16, 2009 were approved with two typo corrections concerning the word “mayor.”
