WMCA Board Minutes 3-11-2009 (cont.)

X. Planning for March 18, 2009 General Meeting
Carol Goldstein will announce about the official implementation of the WMCA web-site and how it will be used for the benefits of the WMCA membership.  Judy Haines will have business size cards created that will be handed out at the registration table for the purpose of announcing that the web site has been implemented and ready for use by the Worman’s Mill community.
The following responsibilities were confirmed for this meeting:

II. Other Items
A. Cost of Signing
The cost of signing at the Neighborhood Advisory Council on March 12, 2009 will be $114 for the first hour and $70.00 for each consecutive hour.  Frederick City will pay for the signing for this event.
B. Web-Site Article
Carol Goldstein will write a separate article regarding the WMCA web-site and submit it to Allan Carlson.  Allan will modify it and place it in the web-site and also e-mail it to the membership on the master e-mail list.
