I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved as submitted with two additions under the “Other” topic: December 2009 Holiday Party entertainment and plant for Wendell Eaton.

There was no public comment presented to the WMCA Board of Directors.
III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting (May 13, 2009) and WMCA General Meeting Minutes (May 20, 2009)
The May 13, 2009 Board of Directors Planning Meeting minutes and the May 20, 2009 WMCA General Meeting minutes were unanimously approved with the correction of the spelling of Wendell Eaton’s first name in both sets of minutes. More
