Board of Directors Present: Carol Goldstein, President; Allan Carlson, Vice President; Judy Haines, Treasurer; Wendall Eaton, Director – At – Large; Thomas Schuerger, Director – At – Large; Joe Volz, Director – At – Large; and Noel Farmer, Secretary.
I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved as submitted.
II. Public Comment
There was no public comment presented to the Board of Directors.
III. Approval of Minutes for the Joint Transition Meeting between the 2008 Board of Directors and the 2009 Board of Directors on Wednesday – December 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Worman’s Mill Clubhouse.
The minutes of the Joint Transition Meeting between the 2008 Board of Directors and the 2009 Board of Directors on Wednesday – December 3, 2008 were unanimously approved with the following corrections noted:
A. Under the VIII Item, the April 8 Board of Directors Planning Meeting was cancelled, and the August 12 Planning Meeting was moved to July 8.
B. Under the 2009 WMCA Board of Directors Listing, Carol Goldstein’s apt. number was corrected to #114, and Judy Haines’ e-mail address was changed to judyhaines1@hotmail.com. More
