Judy Haines indicated that the WMCA treasury balance as of the end of December 2008 was $3,676.16.  Judy’s previously e-mailed proposed 2009 WMCA budget was unanimously approved with the addition of $50.00 to the Gratuity line item.  The 2009 proposed budget was approved as follows:
