 Board of Directors Present:  Carol Goldstein, President; Allan Carlson, Vice President; Judy Haines, Treasurer; Noel Farmer, Secretary
 Absent:  Joe Volz: Director – At Large (vacation - cruise); Thomas Schuerger: Director – At - Large (vacation – Florida); Wendall Eaton: Director –At – Large (recuperating); John Martin – Immediate Past President

I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved as submitted with the addition of Carol Goldstein’s new items.

II. Public Comment
There was no public comment presented to the Board of Directors.

III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting on February 11, 2009
The February 11, 2009 Board of Directors Planning Meeting minutes were approved with one correction:  (Item V – Change the Frederick City Primary Election date from September 13th to September 15th.)
